My mission is to mentor and coach scholars from underrepresented and disenfranchised communities in STEM fields, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive. Simultaneously, I drive innovation in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) to inform health policy, improve patient outcomes, and ensure health equity across diverse populations.
